Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. *potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
 
Return Policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
3. Print the paid by you shipping label that you will receive by email.
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

• It typically takes 7-14 business days to process and receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit
• Return shipping fees will be at the customers expense.
• Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay
• Lost or damaged returns are at your expense, please insure you have tracking numbers

International Shipping

Please note that items purchased by international customers from lakelifechelan.com are Final Sale. We currently do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders.

Shipments outside of the U.S. will be shipped via USPS or DHL, Wednesday's and Thursday's, excluding holidays. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders to be processed although, we will try our best to process your order the day it is received. 

Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for the payment of applicable customs duties or taxes. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

Customers who refuse their order will not be refunded the original shipping fee. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Moonpenny. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We recommend you contact your country's customs office for an estimate of fees before placing your order.
